What You Can Provide Feedback About
You may provide feedback about accessibility related to:
- Our services, including our website
- Customer service interactions
- Employment practices
- Policies, procedures or programs
- Physical spaces (where applicable)
What Happens After You Submit Feedback

We receive your feedback: Feedback is reviewed by our Accessibility Officer together with other team members.

Acknowledgement: If you provide contact information, we will acknowledge receipt of your feedback, usually within 5 business days, using your preferred accessible format.

Review and Action: We assess the feedback to understand the barrier and determine appropriate actions.

Response (if applicable): Where appropriate, we will share information about actions taken or planned.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- You are not required to include personal information as part of your feedback.
- Any personal information you choose to provide will be protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws, such as Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
- Feedback may be summarized in our accessibility progress reports, but if we do so, your personal information will be anonymized so that you cannot be identified

We use accessibility feedback to:
- Improve our accessibility practices
- Update our accessibility plans
- Prepare our progress reports required by the CRTC
Our accessibility plans and progress reports are available in accessible formats upon request.
